$140m plan for landmark site

A landmark Bowen Hills site has been given the green light for a $140m residential development on the northern fringes of Brisbane.

Property developers Cintra Property and Core Property Partners are set to transform the 4092sqm site at 23-39 Abbortsford Road into 122 luxury apartments across two-eight storey buildings.
